THE OSCAILTE JOURNEYS:

These meditations are recordings from two online containers I held in 2021 and 2022 - 21 Days of Devotion and 21 Days of Stillness.
I hope these meditations support you to relax and soften into the deep stillness that lives at your centre, I hope you also learn to remove any strict rules you have around what mediation is and begin to see all the wonderful, mundane, small moments in your day where you are in a meditative state.
These practises are short, sweet and a little old - so a bit more mainstream than the rest of the content here on Oscailte. Hope you enjoy all the same!

This is one of our shorter courses, it was held online in 2023 at the cusp of Samhain.
It was held at the beginning of what would be a very intense underworld journey that eventually led to me sharing myself and my work in ways I never thought possible.
It is still one of my favourite containers I have held and was the seeding of Oscailte. I didn’t think anyone would say yes to a course called : The Art of Dying.
But low and behold a beautiful group of 18 gathered to meditate on death every morning for 10 days.
Since I was 21 I have had a regular ‘death practise’.
Dancing very closely to the edge of emptiness for years I knew this inclindation towards annihilation needed to be alchemised into something that wouldn’t burn me alive.
So my practise was to simply welcome death into my life every day, sometimes in meditation, sometimes through journaling, as a daily contemplation on impermeanance.
Over the years I began to see how much of a gift this practise had become, and when I began my journey of embodiment I could see how it had expanded my capacity to receive life, to feel aliveness, to swing the pendulum to the other side.
So this course was a pivotal moment for me – where I stopped trying to make the work I shared appeal to the masses – and instead chose to share this part of me, the vulnerable part that needed to invite death into the light so it did not destroy me in the shadow.
And this is my prayer for this container, for these practises, for my work with the Dark.When we cast these parts out, when we exile them into the shadow – they will eat us alive.
They will drain us as we spend all of our time and energy trying to avoid them – trying to avoid the inherent truth – that one day we will die. That this body too will one day be a corpse.
This course has practises, meditations, poems and contemplations that can provide gentle support for anyone new to welcoming death into their life.
For those who feel their lives are bound by fear of death, for those who are journeying with their finality, for those who struggle with the stillness and silence in between breaths.
This can be a beautiful and soft access point.

For many years I lived in fear of my emptiness.
Stuck in a loop of trying to fill it with anything I could find
work, food, drugs, relationships, love,
but nothing was ever enough.
I felt nothing.
And the emptiness could not be filled.
The black hole at my core
dissolved everything that was not mine.
I was Insatiable.
I was numb.
It took me many years to finally sit with the emptiness.
To trust that I wouldn’t get lost in it, that I could come back from it
But I sat with it,
I stopped running.
I began the journey back to my body.
To my aliveness.
My somatic armour melted,
and I could finally feeeeeeeel, everythingggg.
I journeyed with the part of me that was insatiable
The part that was rejecting fullness
The holes at the bottom of my bucket that wouldn’t let anything stick
I finally stopped running from myself, stopped looking outside of me for answers, stopped seeking something external to make me feel full
I started looking within - i began pouring myself into the center, I began repairing the holes, one at a time
With parts work, self touch practises, rest, dance, movement, breath, sleep, laughter, orgasms.
I resourced from within.
And now, I feel the fullness of this empty space.
The relief of having everything I need right here.
In this fullness, i am satiated.
I am alive.
In this course we stay close to these contemplations - What does it mean to feel satiated? To feel full of life? To resource from within and not need to seek outside of ourselves for a cure, to be fixed, or saved or healed.
What is it to know all of the answers lie right here - in our ability to sit with it and feel it all.

I am a somatic sexological coach and bodyworker and have been facilitating erotic spaces for over 3 years.
Iin this library I have included all of the recordings, classes, workshops and eductional recourses I have. There is a juicy, wealth of content here for you to get stuck into.
All of the practises are rooted in the somatic sexology framework that I have studied – bringing the body with us as we land deeper into a life of pleasure.
We journey into what it is to feel safe, to open, to blossom, to awaken the body and allow it to move and process anything that might be in the way of you experiencing the full orgasmic spectrum of life.

t’s been over a week since I came to the end of my 𝟏𝟎𝟏 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐚/𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲.
I dont want to pretend it was always sunshine and rainbows. 🙃
Some days when I met the tissues of my flesh I found only grief, pain and shame.
There was so much in me that had to dissolve before I could really allow myself to consistently surrender to plea/ure in this way.
To keep choosing plea/ure.
Again and again.
Instead of reaching for something or someone outside of me for it - I had to teach myself to self resource, how to cultivate and run my own ecstatic current.
How to use tools to release all the blockages preventing my eros from flowing.
I had to learn how to drink from my own well and to fill myself up.
And so, to me this is a practise of coming back to my aliveness, to my er/tic power.
Of staying emotionally and energetically current.
It is a practise of being cracked open,
Again and again.
And then remaining open
in all the places I used to close.
And softening in all the places I once contracted.
And I feel it, it is self love in its most raw form.
I notice it in how my being shows up in the world now.
In my connections. In intimacy. how I treat my body, how I
facilitate and step deeper into being of service to Eros.
It is a part of me now.
I weave this self love into any minute of the day I can,
I touch my face and my body, i massage with oil and I play with my hair. I kiss my shoulders and stretch yawn jump and move energy when I need to.
Devotion is in my blood. 🩸🏛️
And In this practise I become my own lover, a pilgrim worshipping at the temple of my own divinity.
I pull the devotion that used to live outside of me - into me,
through me and down into the dark earth of my body.

This journey of finding safety here, in the flesh and bones of my body is how I have come more and more into my alive ness - when I stop seeking safety outside of me I am taking responsibility for my experience, for my life, for my choices
For me one of the first steps of finding safety in the body is to spend time with your body, slowing down and getting quiet enough to listen.
All of the practices I share here are about coming back into union with the body. Coming home to yourself and landing deeper into your tissues.

I recorded the content for this course after spending 2 months living in community, in a field of soul initiation, 7 weeks of unravelling, dissolving, surrendering and returning to the source of life that lives within me - Love.
I went there thinking I would be cracked open and torn apart but what awaited me was an invitation to come home. Come home to Love.
So I was totally cracked open, but it was a soft and gentle cracking and from there I created the somatic practises you will find here - Journeys to the Dark Heart.
During my time in this portal I was shown all the subtle but deeply rooted ways I had closed my heart to the world, ways that I had stopped believing that unconditional love existed, ways that I still believed parts of me to be unworthy and broken.
It sent me on a journey of deepening with my tender, human, broken heart and learning how to love again. Learning how to love my Matter, my body, my little girl, my teenager, my bully, my dictator - learning how to love unconditionally and swearing an Oath - to Love myself, my body and humanity until it is free.
These practises will support you to shine a gentle light on the darkest places in your being, and will hopefully remind you of the infinite Love that lives at your core.
I also wanted to harness the time of year that I was in at the time of creating these practises - Samhain - where it is our tradition to acknowledge and welcome in the Dark. To remember it as our first home, as a place we can turn to when we need to rest, rejuvenate and resource our bodies and souls.
So wherever you are in the world, wherever you are in the cycle of our year - when you tune into these journeys I invite you to dive into a space of introspection and reflection.
