3-Minute Crêpes A truly nutritious and
absolutely delicious breakfast is literally 3 minutes away. Crêpes have always been my
favorite breakfast ever since childhood, and over the years I’ve tried to
perfect the recipe. And here it
is—what I consider to be the perfect, fastest, most nutritious recipe for
crepes. It’s most nutritious because I
use more eggs in the batter than most recipes which came about for a very
simple reason. I wanted my children to
get as much protein, vitamins and minerals for breakfast as possible—and
nothing beats an egg. (No pun
intended) Ingredients: 2 extra large eggs ½ Cup flour ½ Cup milk ¼ Cup Seltzer Pinch of salt Zest of 1 lemon
(optional) (makes about 5 crepes) Instructions: ·
Beat all ingredients together ·
Pour into very hot, slightly oiled pan ·
Tip pan left and right to cover entire surface ·
Flip after about 1 minute of cooking—when edges start to
come up ·
Continue for about 1 minute on the other side and serve ·
Fill with jam, Nutella or ground walnuts and sugar, roll
up or flip twice to create a pie shape
